Event Management
Our professional organizers will take the full responsibility to consult, guide and support your upcoming event. As we have the multitask team who will follow-up through all stages starting by initiating the idea, up to providing a successful and booming event
• Researching markets to identify opportunities for events.
• Liaising with your team to assure their precise event requirements.
• Presenting all details: (timeline, target, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, ushers, and budget..)
• Agreeing to and managing a budget.
• Booking suitable location.
• Ensuring all health and safety obligations.
• Coordinating with venue management.
• Hiring caterers, stand designers, and media covarage.
• Organizing all facilities: (parking, traffic control, security, first aid, hospitality..)
• Contacting speakers or special guests
• Selling sponsorship/stand/exhibition space to potential exhibitors or partners.
• Preparing delegate packs and papers.
• Managing all marketing operations and promotions.
• Designing all printed materials according to the event brand: (tickets, posters, catalogues, sales brochures.. etc)
• Troubleshooting all details to ensure that all runs smoothly.
• Overseeing the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently.
• Post-event evaluation analysis and reporting for event stakeholders.
Photography:
• Conduct photography sessions for the merchants’ products.
• Maintain a complete understanding of all photography situations including and not limited to tabletop product photography and video
• Responsible for the final image (lighting, styling, cleanliness, compositions, etc.), collaborating with the crew and re-touchers.
• Understand lighting requirements, composition, background, props, and product set up as well as any additional specifications to ensure quality shooting
• Lead the high-volume productions for assigned merchants, either under the direct supervision of the Marketing Manager or working independently
Videography:
• Shooting high-quality step-by-step product installs and product “beauty” shots on a tripod, handheld, or with a jib or steady cam.
• Videography of events and social media videos.
• Directing video shoots and assisting talents with proper diction and on-camera presence.
• Managing the light and style/prop products for shoots.
• Maintaining proper audio during shoots.
